A little down the grades ODT Polar Run clocked an impressive novice win, finishing on his 23.8 dressage score, three points clear of the field and ahead of ODT Secret Spy who took fifth place in the same class. ODT Penguin Ice placed second in a novice with a double clear, inside the time.
Probably the busiest event rider in the country Oliver Townend won more British Eventing points than any other British rider last year, his team horse Flint Curtis also topping the points tables.
Oliver has added well over 200 points to his card this year already.
