How do I order?
Ordering is really easy - simply use the menus on the site to find the product(s) you want, enter a quantity and press the "Add" button to add the product to your cart. Once you have added all your products to your cart, click the "checkout" button on the cart page and follow the on-screen instructions.

How do I place an order?
Retail Customers
Once you have opened a credit account with Battles, you will be issued with a password which will allow you to access your account online. When you enter your account you are given various options to allow you to change your account details, place orders, reviewing your account status, etc.
Consumers
To purchase end of line products, click on the View end-of-line products link on the home page. Search for products in each of the sections. Once you have chosen a product add it to your cart. When you are ready to pay for your order click on Checkout and follow the instructions to complete your payment and delivery details.
Battles also have a dedicated Sales Order team based at our office who can take your orders by telephone. They can be contacted on Tel: 01522 529206, option 4. -
Do you supply priced and unpriced delivery notes?
Yes. Battles are able to supply priced and unpriced delivery notes.
Delivery notes are normally dispatched with the order, but can be emailed after the order has been dispatched if requested. Please contact the office directly on tel: 01522 529206 to update your account details.
