How do I use your site.
The Battles site is very easy to use with the search facilities available.
On the home page you are able to search by product. This can be by product name or product code. You can also search by supplier, for example Merial.
Within each section, i.e. equine, animal health, pet care, etc., there are further search facilities for those specific sections.

Can I collect my order from you
Yes – orders can be collected directly from us. We need to be given at least 3 hours notice prior to collection. Collection times are between 8am – 4.30pm.

How do I open a trade account?
To open a retail account through the website, please click on the Become a Trade Customer link on the home page. From here you can download our application form, print it and send it to us. Alternatively complete the Business Details section and we will send out to you our New Account Application Forms to you. If you would prefer to speak to someone in person, please contact our office on Tel: 01522 529206.

Which delivery companies do you use?
We have a range of delivery companies which we use, dependent upon the service requirement and the destination of delivery.

What is your carriage paid limit?
Our carriage paid limit is £385.00. All order dispatched below this value will be charged actual carriage.

Selling to trade customers
As a manufacturer and wholesaler of animal healthcare and equestrian products we only supply the retail trade. Currently we supply saddleries, agricultural merchants, country stores, garden centres, etc.

How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to ensure that all orders received before 2pm are delivered the next working day. Orders can be delivered on a Saturday, but an extra charge is made for this. Please speak to our sales team directly on Tel: 01522 529206 to discuss this.

Do you supply direct to farm?
Our retailers are able to order on behalf of the general public and provide us with a delivery address direct to farm. We are able to do this due to having Suitably Qualified Persons (SQP’s) on site in Lincoln.
