How do I use your site?

Our site has been designed to be as quick and easy to navigate as possible! The website has been arranged into easy-to-access sections – Equine, Agri, Rider, Pet and Poultry.

We also have a brands index where you can browse all of our brands and product ranges. For an even easier and quicker option, you can use our search function which allows you to search by brand, product name or even keyword.

Can I collect my order from you?

Yes, we’re happy to welcome customers to collect directly from us. Our facilities in Lincoln are open to collections between 8am and 4.30pm, we need at least 3 hours notice prior to collection to prepare your order.

How do I open a trade account?

You can easily complete an account application form. Alternatively, just complete the business details section and we will send a new account application form to you.

Which delivery companies do you use?

To ensure we provide the best possible service we use a range of delivery companies. The company we use will depend on the service requirement, consignment size and delivery destination.
