Baileys Aqua-Aide

Formulated based on research carried out with performance horses, which measured optimum palatability and absorption rates, Aqua-Aide has a considered inclusion of dextrose and sucrose, which helps make it one of the most palatable electrolyte supplements on the market. The salts it provides are at levels designed to mimic those lost in sweat and include sodium, potassium and chloride, as well magnesium and calcium, which are involved in nerve impulse transmission and muscle function. Baileys Aqua-Aide should be added to water - with chaff, beet or mash, if desired – and offered whenever a horse has sweated, both at home and in competition, to encourage salt replenishment, rehydration and recovery and to support ongoing performance.
